Third Party Supplier and all its authorized users shall protect the access credentials provided by CGI and keep them confidential. The access credentials may only be used by the Third Party Supplier’s authorized personnel. CGI shall have no liability to the Third Party Supplier, its authorized users, or any Third Party whatsoever, for any loss or damage arising from an unauthorized access to, or use of, the access credentials.
